The manufacturing warranty for most products is 5 years, the notable exception being electrical products which have a warranty for 12 months.

After delivery by APOLLO Radiators, if goods are damaged in further transit or on-site, this is not covered by the warranty. The warranty assumes fitting by an accredited and qualified tradesman and covers all manufacturing defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship, and will commence from the date of purchase from your wholesaler. Please ensure the correct fixings for your wall type are used with the radiator brackets supplied; consult a professional or expert if unsure.

Fixing pipework prior to delivery - whilst we endeavour to ensure all pipe centre dimensions are correct, manufacturing tolerances require that we strongly recommend pipe work is not altered or adjusted until the new radiator or towel rail is fixed in its final position. APOLLO Radiators will not accept responsibility for any claims relating to installation of pipe work prior to the fixing of the radiator.

Bespoke Specials and Coloured Radiators are not returnable. Sealed electric products are assembled to order and as such, are classed as bespoke specials. Standard Terms and Conditions apply, these are available on request. Due to a policy of continuous improvement we reserve the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice.

There is no carriage charge for radiators delivered to the UK mainland. Any returns of goods which are not required will be subject to 20% handling and carriage charges.
